What we promise
If you find a genuinely identical itinerary advertised for less elsewhere, tell the agent during your call and we will try to match the total price. If we can, we book it at the matched figure. If we cannot, we will say so plainly and tell you to book it where you found it — we would rather lose the sale than waste your time.
This is a promise to try, not a guarantee to always be cheapest. Airline pricing moves constantly and some fares are simply not available to agencies.
What has to match
For a comparison to be workable, the other quote must be the same trip in every respect:
- The same operating airline or airlines.
- The same flight numbers, on the same dates, at the same times.
- The same cabin and the same fare class, with the same baggage allowance.
- The same number and type of passengers.
- The same change and cancellation rules.
- A total price including all taxes, carrier charges and any booking fee.
It also has to be a real, bookable price: publicly available to any customer, quoted in USD, live at the moment you call, and still bookable at that price when we look.
What we can't match
- Member-only, logged-in, app-only or promo-code prices not available to the public.
- Prices bought with points, miles, vouchers, cashback or a store credit.
- Corporate, government, staff, student, tour-operator or bereavement fares.
- Opaque and hidden-city bookings, where the airline is not disclosed until after payment.
- Auctions, bidding sites, charter seats and package deals where the flight has no separate price.
- Obvious pricing errors, and prices that are no longer live when we check.
- Quotes that cannot be shown to us — a screenshot alone is not enough if the fare has gone.
How to claim it
- Have the other quote open in front of you before you call.
- Call +1 855 657 9056 and tell the agent you'd like a price match.
- Read out the airline, flight numbers, dates, cabin and the total price including taxes.
- The agent verifies it while you wait and tells you straight away whether we can match.
Matches are confirmed before you pay, on the same call. We cannot apply a match after a ticket has been issued, and we cannot refund a difference discovered later.
Other things to know
- Our service fee is quoted separately and is not part of the matched amount.
- One match per booking. It cannot be combined with another offer or discount.
- A matched price is held only for the duration of the call — fares change quickly.
- We may decline any claim we believe is being made in bad faith.
- We may withdraw or amend this promise at any time. The version on this page at the time of your call is the one that applies.
