Who we are
Atmosglide is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline, and unless we say otherwise on a specific page we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as the official representative of any airline whose name or logo appears on this site. Airline names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the carrier operating a flight.
How we earn
We are paid in two ways, and both are disclosed to you:
- Commission from airlines and consolidators. When we ticket a booking, the carrier or the consolidator we hold a contract with pays us a commission. The rate varies by airline, route and fare type. This is built into the industry's pricing and is not an extra charge added to your fare.
- Service fees you pay us directly. These are quoted separately from the fare before you pay, and are set out in full on our service fees page.
We are not paid for you to browse this website, request a quote or call us. There is no charge for a quote and no obligation to book.
How that affects what you see
Being straight about this matters, so:
- Some placements are commercial. Which routes and destinations we feature on this site is a commercial and editorial decision. Featured content is not a ranking of the cheapest or best options available anywhere.
- Sample fares are illustrative. Prices shown in promotional panels are examples of fares quoted previously. They are not offers, they are not guaranteed, and the price for your dates will be different. See our fare disclosure policy.
- Search results are not exhaustive. Results shown on this site come from the suppliers we are connected to. Other airlines, fares and booking channels exist that we do not display, and a lower price may be available elsewhere.
- Reviews and testimonials. Any customer comments shown are individual experiences and are not a promise of a similar outcome.
What it does not affect
- The fare and fee you are quoted on a call are the fare and fee you pay. Commission is not added on top.
- Agents are not instructed to steer you to a carrier that pays us more when a better option exists for your trip.
- If your own online price is genuinely better, we will tell you so — see our price match promise.
Advertising we run elsewhere
We advertise on search engines and other platforms. Where you arrive here from a paid advertisement, the price shown in that advertisement is indicative and subject to availability at the time you call. Advertising platforms may set their own cookies; how we handle those is covered in our cookie policy and privacy policy.
